Boiler Erection and Repairs

• Supply, fabrication, erection /fitting and hydraulic test with all necessary I.B.R. Formalities. 

• Replacement of smoke tubes, boiler bank tubes, furnace tubes and membrane panel tubes as per clients' requirements. 

• Super heater coils and economiser coils as per client’s requirements. 

• Pressure ranges from 3.5 kg/cm2 (g) to 125 kg/cm2 (g ). 

• Temperature ranges from 100 C to 520 C. 

• Tubes Material specifications BS 3059 PART I GR 320 E.R.W., BS 3059 PART II GR 360 E.R.W. and SA 210 GR A1. 

• Tubes Material specification SA 213 GR P 11 and SA 213 GR P 22. As per temperature conditions.
