Design, Approval, Supply, fabrication and erection of steam pipeline with all necessary I.B.R. Formalities.

Steam pipeline fabrication as per site condition from size 15 mm NB to 500 mm NB. Thickness varies from SCH 20 to SCH 160—material specification ASTM 106 GR B seamless carbon steel to SA 335 P 22 alloy steel.

Supply of Pressure ranges from 3.5 kg/cm2 ( g ) to 125 kg/cm2 ( g ).

Supply of Temperature range 100 C to 520 C. as per clients requirement.

Supply of all I.B.R. material. Flanges of all classes. Pipes for all schedules and specifications.

Supply of valves of all required classes and specifications. Make KSB / L & T / AUDCO / LEADER.

Supply of pipe and tube fittings like elbows, reducers, tees, end caps and thermo wells of all schedules and specifications.

Supply of pipe material specifications ASTM 106 GR B seamless carbon steel schedule 20 to schedule 160 & Pipe Material specifications SA 335 P11 & P22 Alloy steel for high-temperature applications.
